WHY USE THE NEW PLATFORM OVER ANOTHER IM USED TO?
Not all search platforms are created equal...trust me, I've tried all of them. I've oped to provide this one for my clients because:

This is a wonderful new platform which will help me to better understand your needs and make communication that much easier when you find properties you have questions on:

Not all search platforms are created equal...trust me, I've tried all of them. I've oped to provide this one for my clients because:
- it updates hourly (instead of daily like some of the others)
- the interface is easy to use and has outstanding search filters
- you can use it on your own or easily send me question about a particular listing without having to exit the platform
EXISTING CLIENTS:
This is a wonderful new platform which will help me to better understand your needs and make communication that much easier when you find properties you have questions on:
- Click "Sign In" to create a new user name and password so your searches/notes will be saved.
- Use just like you would Zillow, Realtor.com or any of the other search platforms...except this one typically updates much faster. Whenever you are logged in you will be able to QUICKLY and EASILY send me notes and questions about properties which will push straight to my phone so I can get back to you right away. Efficiency is a beautiful thing!
NEW CLIENTS:

- Bookmark this page as your go-to search resource.
- Create a custom login to save your searches and set auto alerts if you wish. If you ever have questions about a particular listing you can easily shoot me a message straight through the platform and get quick answers.
