You don't need deep analysis of the housing market right now to come to the accurate conclusion that sellers are banking! We're at an all-time low for inventory still (in mid February) with a backlog of buyers looking for somewhere to call home.

• Yes, you can still (usually) get showing appointments if you hurry
• Yes, there are still deals to be had if you know the right people

Are we the new California, destined to rise like Icarus? Only time will tell for sure, but at the moment there is nothing to indicate the Denver Metro real estate market is going anywhere but up this quarter.
