What an outstanding success! We knew snacks were a huge need within our local elementary school, but when we launched the food drive we had no idea what an outpouring of tangible love and support we would receive. Together with the community we were able to provide thousands of dollars worth of snacks for student struggling with food scarcity.
It's hard to image a child consistently going hungry at school, especially with the implementation of SB22-087 which provides free lunch to all children enrolled in Colorado public schools. But it's an unfortunate reality that persists. The "why" behind that is a conversation for another day, but regardless, children should be able to focus on learning at school and not their hungry tummies...grownup issues should not not keep them from successful, happy days being able to absorb excellent education in their formative years. And if a granola bar or baggie of Golf Fish will put a smile on their face and help them grow and focus, it's a JOY to be able to make that happen. The teachers asked, the community delivered. And it was a joy to be able to facilitate that.

Almost weekly I hear someone say “top agents KNOW that you should price at a nice, round number to catch buyers searching both above and below that price!” It’s not a bad hypothesis; it sounds reasonable, but the sparse data we have leans gently in a different direction.
