Phew, that was a busy week...had a second closing this afternoon and it was an extra special one.

I met Eric and Lisa several years ago when I was first starting my real estate career, passing flyers out by hand, knocking doors, and talking to anyone who would give me the time of day. They took a chance on a new agent, working her tail off trying to prove herself, and I'm FOREVER grateful to them. They are truly amazing, sweet people.

Today I had the honor of closing Eric's childhood home after his mom passed away. She must have been an amazing woman and the past few weeks have been filled with stories from family, childhood friends, and smiling neighbors who would waive, ready to offer kind words about her and reminisce.

We were able to put together an unbelievable deal for the Glade family...and then I got to hand the keys to a new family, full of excited smiles, eager to begin making their own memories there.

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE MY JOB?! Closed my sweet client today on his dream home, and the joy and excitement on his face MADE MY DAY. 

losing days are so much fun...it's the culmination of weeks, months, and sometimes even years of hard work, dedication, and behind the scenes stress, anxiety, negotiating, arguing, and brokering to put together an amazing deal for your clients. And along the way you get to know these folks, build new friendships, and become so invested that seeing that smile at closing makes anything it took to get there 100% worth it.
