It's almost perfect for a flip, but just a hair too thin on the margins. It's PERFECT though for a homeowner who loves the neighborhood, large square footage, lovely floorplan and is willing to do a few simple, cosmetic updates...easiest sweat equity (aka weekend honey-do projects) I've seen in a while. It's perfectly livable as-is so move in and work on projects as you have time!
